Who you are
You are a seasoned compliance leader with a strong background in financial crime and regulatory compliance. You have a proven track record of building and scaling compliance programs that protect organizations from regulatory and reputational risks. Your expertise spans multiple domains including AML, sanctions compliance, and ESG reporting readiness, making you well-equipped to navigate the complexities of a global business.
You possess excellent strategic thinking skills and can shape compliance strategies across various jurisdictions. Your ability to drive the build-out of core financial crime controls and prepare organizations for upcoming regulatory requirements is a testament to your leadership capabilities. You thrive in collaborative environments and are adept at working with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance obligations are met.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of global compliance programs at Farfetch. You will lead initiatives to protect the company from regulatory, financial, and reputational risks, ensuring that compliance strategies are effectively executed across all business areas. You will work closely with various teams to drive compliance efforts related to AML, sanctions, and ESG reporting, ensuring that the organization is prepared for upcoming regulatory changes.
