What you'll do
As a Private Client Stylist, you will be embedded in the Private Client team, working closely with colleagues across various functions including Personal Styling, Marketing, and Customer Service. Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate and develop relationships with our most valuable clients, ensuring that individual sales and company commercial targets are exceeded. You will engage clients through a variety of selling activities, providing them with tailored recommendations and experiences that resonate with their personal style.
You will collaborate with functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, leveraging your knowledge of luxury fashion to enhance client interactions. Your role will involve understanding client preferences and anticipating their needs, allowing you to create magical experiences that foster loyalty and satisfaction.
