You understand the importance of setting monthly targets and can work closely with finance and sales teams to achieve business objectives. You are comfortable generating KPI reports and analyzing operational metrics to drive decision-making. You thrive in a dynamic environment and are eager to contribute to the success of Fender's global operations.
What you'll do
As a Senior Supply Chain Analyst at Fender, you will play a key role in the planning and implementation of new systems and processes. You will collaborate with the Operations team to analyze supply chain risks and provide data-driven insights for business operations. Your responsibilities will include creating rolling forecasts for inbound and outbound volumes, optimizing distribution center operations, and generating ad-hoc reports to support analytical requests. You will engage in multiple projects aimed at improving global business operations and will be responsible for analyzing manufacturing and transportation efficiency. Your work will directly impact Fender's ability to meet sales targets and improve operational costs. You will also be expected to display dashboards and create compelling narratives in Tableau to communicate findings effectively.
