You have a proven track record in developing security strategies that align with business objectives, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Your ability to identify and assess product security risks and threats is complemented by your experience in implementing security policies and procedures. You thrive in collaborative environments and are passionate about building a culture of security awareness within the organization.

What you'll do

As the Head of Information Security and GRC, you will develop and implement Hilti’s Construction SW security program, ensuring that it meets industry standards and regulatory requirements. You will lead and oversee the Construction SW security team and the Product Business Information Security Officers (BISOs), fostering a culture of security excellence. Your role will involve identifying and assessing product security risks and threats, implementing robust security policies and procedures, and ensuring that the security team is equipped to handle emerging challenges in the construction software landscape.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security practices into the product development lifecycle, ensuring that security is a fundamental aspect of product design and implementation. Additionally, you will act as a Product BISO for On!Track, providing guidance and support to product teams in managing security risks effectively. Your leadership will be instrumental in building a stronger, smarter finance foundation for Hilti's software expansion, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
