Fieldwire is hiring a Support and Operations Specialist to enhance customer relationships and operational excellence in the construction industry. This role is hybrid based in Boulogne-Billancourt, France.

Who you are

You have a strong background in customer support and operations, ideally within the construction industry. Your experience includes managing customer relationships and ensuring operational efficiency. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively liaise with both customers and internal teams. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to contribute to a team that values innovation and productivity.

Desirable

Experience with construction management software or similar tools is a plus. Familiarity with project management methodologies will help you excel in this role. You are adaptable and open to learning new technologies that can enhance customer support processes.
