What you'll do

As an AI Engineer at Figma, you will play a critical role in developing the core frameworks that support AI features across the platform. You will collaborate with the AI Research team to enhance the infrastructure for training and deploying AI models. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing systems that improve the reliability and performance of AI functionalities, ensuring that they meet the needs of users.

You will also be involved in the experimentation phase of model development, working closely with cross-functional teams to iterate on designs and functionalities. Your contributions will directly impact how Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows and collaborate effectively.
