What you'll do

As the Manager of Software Engineering at Figma, you will lead a full-stack engineering group focused on automating revenue workflows and building billing capabilities. You will partner closely with various departments, including Accounting and Product, to create a long-term roadmap that enhances the user experience for Figma's customers.

You will oversee key areas such as checkout, invoicing, and subscription lifecycle management, ensuring that your team delivers features that meet the needs of both small teams and large enterprises. Your role will involve setting technical direction, conducting code reviews, and ensuring best practices are followed throughout the development process.
