What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager for Collaboration Tools, you will lead a team responsible for the development of FigJam and Figma Slides. You will manage and support engineering managers and their teams, ensuring the successful execution of product initiatives. Your role will involve collaborating closely with product, design, and marketing teams to innovate and accelerate the growth of Figma’s collaboration offerings.

You will be responsible for setting the strategic direction for these products, leveraging your understanding of user needs and market trends. You will also play a critical role in mentoring and developing your team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance. Your leadership will help shape the future of design collaboration at Figma, making a significant impact on how teams work together.
