What you'll do

In this role, you will lead one of the most important initiatives for Findem, setting the strategy and defining key performance indicators that will guide the product's success. You will work closely with engineering and design teams to drive product choices that deliver high impact. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research to understand customer needs, defining and tracking success metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product goals.

You will also be responsible for managing the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on customer feedback and market trends. Your ability to balance short-term wins with long-term strategic bets will be crucial in this role. You will engage with stakeholders across the organization to gather insights and ensure that the product vision is clearly communicated and understood.

As a Principal Product Manager, you will mentor and guide junior product managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation within the team. You will be expected to stay hands-on with product details while also keeping an eye on the broader strategic direction of the company.
