You have 6+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role, demonstrating your ability to design and maintain robust data systems. Your expertise in real-time data processing or streaming technologies is a significant advantage, showcasing your capability to handle complex data challenges in a fast-paced environment.

You possess expert proficiency in AWS and Snowflake, allowing you to develop and optimize data models that ensure quality, consistency, and performance at scale. Your collaborative spirit shines through as you work closely with Product Analysts and AI specialists to implement innovative data solutions for customer segmentation and predictive models.

You are skilled in building and maintaining batch and streaming data pipelines, utilizing tools like Airflow and dbt to orchestrate workflows effectively. Your attention to detail ensures that you implement end-to-end observability, including data quality checks and monitoring, to maintain high standards in data management.

Your ability to translate technical requirements into scalable data architecture is complemented by your strong communication skills, enabling you to partner with cross-functional teams seamlessly. You understand the importance of cost and performance optimization in cloud environments, particularly within AWS and Snowflake.

Desirable

What you'll do

You will develop and optimize data models in Snowflake, ensuring that data quality and performance are maintained at scale. Your responsibilities will include implementing end-to-end observability measures, such as data quality checks and monitoring, to ensure the reliability of data systems.

You will partner with Product Analysts and AI specialists to translate technical requirements into scalable data architecture, enabling the development of customer segmentation and ranking systems. Your expertise will be crucial in optimizing data solutions for predictive modeling and analytics.

As part of the global data team, you will contribute to building the infrastructure that powers analytics and AI-driven insights across the organization. Your role will be pivotal in supporting Fireblocks' mission to provide secure and efficient access to digital assets.
