What you'll do

As a Forward Deployed Software Engineer, you will serve as a technical expert deployed at customer sites, providing hands-on assistance with the implementation and usage of ION. You will collaborate closely with customers to identify their most pressing problems and develop coherent strategies and intelligent solutions, which may include building custom web applications and managing large-scale data. You will take total ownership of the delivery of these solutions, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the process.

Your role will involve writing clean, scalable, and easily maintainable code across the stack, allowing you to contribute to various aspects of the software development lifecycle. You will work in small teams, taking ownership of end-to-end execution of high-stakes projects, and will be responsible for debugging issues that may arise during implementation. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders will be crucial in ensuring that projects are completed successfully and meet customer expectations.
