You are a qualified individual with a passion for informing the decisions of senior corporate executives. You thrive in environments where you can monitor, analyze, and create insights on macroeconomic and political trends, particularly in the Central America and Caribbean region. Your ability to engage with C-suite level executives allows you to influence decision-making processes effectively. You are eager to take ownership of your views and contribute to the strategic direction of multinational organizations. You possess strong analytical skills and a keen understanding of how political and economic issues affect business operations.

What you'll do

As a Research Analyst Contractor, you will report to the head of LATAM research and be part of a global research team. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor and analyze ongoing political and economic issues in the Central America and Caribbean region. You will create comprehensive views on these issues and provide impactful analysis, forecasts, and executional advice to senior executives. You will collaborate closely with the commercial team to support FrontierViewโ€™s growth strategy and maintain strong client relationships. Daily coaching and feedback will be part of your experience, fostering a collaborative and meritocratic team culture.
