You have hands-on experience in developing both frontend and backend components, ensuring that they work seamlessly together to deliver an exceptional user experience. Your expertise in Angular and REST APIs allows you to create dynamic and responsive web applications that meet user needs.

You have a solid understanding of microservices architecture and are comfortable working with Docker to containerize applications. Your experience with AWS enables you to leverage cloud services effectively, ensuring that applications are scalable and reliable. You are committed to following coding best practices and implementing security measures to protect web applications from vulnerabilities.

You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with UX designers and other developers to enhance usability and performance. Your ability to implement proof of concepts helps validate new technologies and features before full-scale implementation. You are dedicated to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Desirable

Experience with leading micro frontend applications and enterprise-scale projects is a plus. Familiarity with client-server architecture and WebSockets will further enhance your contributions to the team.

What you'll do

As a Full Stack Developer at Five9, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and testing new features for our cloud contact center software. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve existing product lines while focusing on performance, scalability, and usability. Your role will involve building applications using the Microsoft technology stack, including ASP.NET, .NET Core, and Web API.

You will lead the development of microservices and ensure that they integrate smoothly with various touchpoints. Your expertise in Angular will be crucial in creating engaging user interfaces that enhance the overall customer experience. You will also apply coding best practices to produce elegant, high-quality, and reusable code that adheres to industry standards.

In addition to development tasks, you will monitor and evaluate new technologies, implementing them as needed to improve our products. You will participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and mentoring junior developers. Your contributions will directly impact the success of our software solutions, helping us bring joy to customer experiences.
