Who you are
You have extensive experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong focus on both solution architecture and hands-on development. Your expertise in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) allows you to build scalable solutions that meet the needs of high-growth SaaS organizations. You thrive in collaborative environments and are passionate about enhancing customer experiences through innovative technology.
You possess a deep understanding of Salesforce and Certinia (FinancialForce), enabling you to effectively lead the technical design of mission-critical applications. Your background includes working with diverse teams, and you value inclusivity and collaboration in your work culture. You are committed to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest Salesforce developments.
You have a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget. Your problem-solving skills and attention to detail ensure that you can tackle complex challenges and deliver effective solutions. You are also skilled in communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, making you an effective bridge between technical and business teams.
Desirable
Experience with Professional Services Automation (PSA) solutions is a plus, as is familiarity with cloud-based customer experience software. You are open to mentoring junior developers and sharing your knowledge with the team, fostering a culture of growth and learning.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the end-to-end technical design and architecture of scalable solutions for Professional Services Automation and Customer Success.
