You have experience creating streaming architectures for real-time AI processing of customer data and developing evaluation frameworks to measure and improve the accuracy and reliability of AI features. You enjoy writing code and shipping traditional software features alongside your AI work, and you are committed to establishing best practices for AI development.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own critical parts of Flatfile's AI-powered data platform. You will design and implement backend services that integrate with various AI models, ensuring they are robust and efficient. You will build systems that are fault-tolerant and capable of handling the complexities of large language models. Your responsibilities will include creating streaming architectures for real-time processing and developing frameworks to evaluate and enhance AI features.

You will collaborate closely with the product team to prototype and ship new AI capabilities, ensuring that the solutions you develop meet the needs of the business and its customers. You will also be involved in writing traditional software features, contributing to the overall functionality of the platform.
