What you'll do
As the Director of Machine Learning, you will own the end-to-end machine learning platform, overseeing model development and deployment. You will lead a team of ML engineers and data scientists, guiding them in building reliable and interpretable ML systems that meet the needs of various stakeholders, including product, compliance, and customer support teams. Your role will involve setting the strategic direction for ML initiatives and ensuring alignment with the company's mission to enhance the rent payment experience.
You will collaborate closely with product and engineering leaders to identify key use cases for machine learning and drive the execution of projects that deliver measurable results.
