What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager at Flex, you will oversee cross-functional teams, guiding and inspiring engineers to deliver high-quality products and platform features. You will be responsible for defining the team's vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with Flex's mission to innovate the rent payment experience. You will lead regular one-on-one meetings with team members to discuss their career development and provide feedback on their performance. Your role will involve collaborating with product managers and designers to understand customer needs and ensure that the team's output meets those needs effectively.

You will also play a key role in hiring and building a diverse engineering team, focusing on creating an inclusive environment where all team members can thrive. You will facilitate cross-functional collaboration, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the product development process. Your leadership will be pivotal in driving the team's success and ensuring that Flex continues to grow and innovate in the FinTech space.
