What you'll do
In this role, you will support the strategy and operations of Flex's new product expansions — you will help define where the company plays in the market and how it can win sustainably. Your responsibilities will include conducting competitive and market research to inform strategic decisions, setting goals for new initiatives, and developing financial models to assess the viability of new business lines. You will work closely with the Head of Strategy & Operations and collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment on growth objectives.
You will also be involved in data-driven decision-making processes, leveraging insights to guide the company's strategic direction. Your work will provide meaningful exposure to senior leadership, allowing you to contribute to shaping Flex's next phase of growth. You will play a crucial role in translating strategic ideas into execution, ensuring that the company remains agile and responsive to market demands.
