What you'll do
As a Senior Ocean Gateway Associate at Flexport, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our ocean freight operations. You will help build an operational performance framework to measure our Ocean Partner performance across the Thailand market. Your responsibilities will include using Flexport allocation tools to actively route cargo to ocean carrier contracts, ensuring optimal cost, transit time, and availability. You will drive performance management of Flexportβs freight, working closely with forwarding partners, ocean carriers, and trucking providers. Your role will involve analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and you will collaborate with various teams to implement best practices in our operations. You will also be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our partners to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
