What you'll do

As a Customs Entry Clerk at Flexport, you will be responsible for digitally preparing and filing all necessary documentation required for customs clearance using bespoke software. You will review, organize, and analyze incoming documents to ensure they meet compliance standards. Your role will involve maintaining excellent working relationships with clients, providing first-class customer service, and advising them on customs-related matters. You will also identify opportunities for cost savings through Preferential Trade Agreements on a per-shipment basis. Your expertise will help streamline the customs process and enhance client satisfaction.
