Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in finance operations, particularly in managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes. Your attention to detail ensures that every outgoing invoice is accurate and compliant with regulations, including having valid IRN/QR codes. You are proactive in monitoring aging accounts and following up on overdue payments, demonstrating your commitment to maintaining strong financial health for the organization.
You excel in collaboration, working closely with sales and operations teams to resolve billing issues and disputes. Your ability to assist with credit memos and refunds showcases your comprehensive understanding of financial processes. You are dedicated to providing exceptional service to both vendors and customers, ensuring that their needs are met promptly and effectively.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end processing of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities. You will ensure that all outgoing invoices are sent with the necessary IRN/QR codes, maintaining compliance with financial regulations. You will apply payments to customer accounts in the ERP system, ensuring that proper remittances are recorded accurately. Monitoring aging accounts will be a key part of your responsibilities, and you will proactively follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely payments.
Collaboration will be essential as you work with the sales and operations teams to resolve any billing issues or disputes that may arise. You will also assist with credit memos and refunds as needed, ensuring that all financial transactions are handled smoothly. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining strong internal controls and ensuring that financial data is accurate and timely.
