What you'll do
As a Product Designer on the Commerce team at Flexport, you will drive the user experience across multiple tools that customers use to manage pricing, negotiate rates with ocean carriers, and book international freight shipments. You will collaborate with your cross-functional team to create high-quality designs, leveraging established processes and guidelines. Your role will involve incorporating Flexport’s design system into your solutions, ensuring consistency and usability across all products. You will conduct user research and gather insights with guidance from researchers, translating findings into actionable design improvements. You will also participate in design reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and iterating on designs based on user testing results. Your work will directly impact how users prioritize, plan, and execute their international shipments, making global trade easier for everyone.
