What you'll do

As a Motion Designer at Flo, you will be responsible for creating and animating graphics that support various marketing initiatives. You will collaborate with the user acquisition team to deliver high-quality motion assets that resonate with target audiences. Your role will involve adapting existing designs and producing rapid iterations to respond to spontaneous creative requests. You will also address localization needs, ensuring that motion graphics and videos are tailored for different global markets.

In addition to motion design, you will produce static ads and thumbnails as required, contributing to a cohesive visual strategy across all channels. You will experiment with generative AI tools to explore new video concepts, enhancing the creative process and expanding the possibilities of motion design. Your work will play a crucial role in communicating key messages and strengthening Flo's brand storytelling, ultimately helping to drive user engagement and growth.
