You have a strong background in project management, particularly in localization, and understand the nuances of embedding localization into internationalization strategies. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that localization efforts align with overall product goals. Your attention to detail ensures that language quality is maintained throughout the localization process, and you are adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively liaise with external vendors and key stakeholders. Your ability to analyze user needs and translate them into actionable localization strategies sets you apart. You are passionate about enhancing user experiences through thoughtful localization and understand the importance of cultural nuances in content.
What you'll do
In this role, you will directly support Flo's Localization Operations Hubs, focusing on testing and language quality. You will manage a range of localization projects from initial planning through to testing and release, ensuring that all content types meet the highest standards. Collaborating with the Localization team, Division Coordinators, and external vendors, you will drive the localization process and ensure timely delivery of projects.
You will be responsible for embedding localization as a core component of Flo's internationalization strategy, working closely with product teams to identify localization needs early in the development process. Your role will involve coordinating with various stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback, ensuring that localization efforts are aligned with user expectations and business objectives.
