You have fresh ideas and creative guts, along with cultural curiosity that allows you to connect with diverse audiences.

You understand how influencer marketing connects across channels and teams, from brand to user acquisition, and know how to repurpose creator content to extend its impact beyond social media. Your expertise enables you to create strategies that drive installs and deepen brand storytelling, ultimately strengthening performance across the full funnel. You are adept at analyzing the effectiveness of influencer campaigns and adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights.

What you'll do

In this role, you will contribute to shaping Flo's global influencer program by developing and executing innovative strategies that leverage influencer partnerships to drive installs and enhance brand storytelling. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that influencer marketing efforts align with broader business goals and resonate with target audiences. Your responsibilities will include identifying and onboarding new influencers, managing relationships with existing partners, and analyzing campaign performance to optimize future initiatives.

You will also be responsible for creating engaging content that resonates with both influencers and their audiences, ensuring that the messaging aligns with Flo's mission to empower women in their health journeys. By staying ahead of trends in the creator economy, you will help Flo maintain its position as a leader in the health and fitness app space. You will work closely with marketing, product, and user acquisition teams to ensure a cohesive approach to influencer marketing that maximizes impact across all touchpoints.
