Flo Health is seeking a Senior Talent Partner to oversee the recruitment lifecycle for their Engineering and Product teams. You'll collaborate with hiring managers to define roles and ensure high-quality hires. This role requires strategic thinking and a hands-on approach to talent acquisition.

You have extensive experience in talent acquisition, particularly within engineering and product domains, and you understand the nuances of hiring for technical roles. Your strategic mindset allows you to partner effectively with hiring managers, ensuring that every hire aligns with the company's values and goals. You are proactive in sourcing high-caliber talent and have a track record of successfully filling critical roles in a timely manner. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable managing the entire recruitment lifecycle from intake to close.
You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to articulate the company's mission and culture to potential candidates. Your ability to build relationships with passive talent sets you apart, as you prioritize engagement and maintain a pipeline of exceptional candidates. You are detail-oriented and committed to running a structured interview process that reflects the company's commitment to diversity and inclusion.
Desirable
Experience in a high-growth startup environment is a plus, as is familiarity with AI-powered recruitment tools. You may also have a background in data-driven decision-making, which enhances your ability to assess candidate fit and improve hiring processes.
What you'll do
As a Senior Talent Partner at Flo Health, you will take ownership of the recruitment lifecycle for our Engineering and Product teams in Lithuania and London. Your role will involve collaborating closely with hiring managers to define job roles, design effective hiring processes, and make informed hiring decisions. You will proactively map and engage with high-caliber passive talent, ensuring that we prioritize critical roles and fill them with exceptional candidates. You will run a structured, high-quality interview process that upholds our company values and provides an exceptional candidate experience.
You will also be responsible for embedding talent intelligence into our decision-making processes, helping to raise the bar with every hire. Your insights will be crucial in shaping our talent strategy and ensuring that we build high-performing, talent-dense teams. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure alignment on hiring goals and strategies, and you will continuously seek ways to improve our recruitment processes.
