What you'll do

In this role, you will take charge of the design and implementation of FloQast’s core data platform. You will define the standards and patterns that guide data ingestion, governance, storage, processing, and access. Your leadership will be crucial in enabling teams across the organization to build on a robust data foundation.

You will work closely with engineering teams to ensure that the data platform meets the evolving needs of the business. This includes overseeing the integration of new data sources, optimizing data workflows, and ensuring compliance with data governance standards. Your role will also involve mentoring junior engineers and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
