Who you are
You are a Senior Full Stack Engineer with a strong foundation in computer science principles, including data structures and algorithms. You have experience building scalable applications that delight users, and you understand the importance of security in development. Your problem-solving skills are top-notch, allowing you to tackle complex challenges independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment. You communicate effectively, making it easy to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, including designers and support staff. You are passionate about creating technology that serves financial advisors and their clients effectively.
Desirable
Experience with financial technology or working with Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs) is a plus. Familiarity with cloud services and modern development practices will help you excel in this role.
What you'll do
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer at Flourish, you will be responsible for designing and implementing features for our financial products. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to create user-friendly interfaces and robust backend systems. Your role will involve writing clean, maintainable code and participating in code reviews to ensure high-quality standards. You will also be expected to contribute to architectural discussions and help shape the technical direction of our products. Your work will directly impact the experience of over 1,000 RIAs and their clients, making your contributions vital to our mission.

Flourish provides a competitive salary range of $167,800 - $220,200, along with bonus opportunities.
