What you'll do

In this role, you will define and execute the technical strategy for Flowhub's cannabis retail management platform, focusing on scalability, reliability, and extensibility. You will own critical, cross-team systems and processes, providing high-level architectural oversight that mitigates future risks. Your responsibilities will include systematically raising the engineering bar and fixing systemic weaknesses by proactively identifying and resolving flaws in architecture, processes, and technology across the organization.

You will lead through collaboration, mentoring senior engineers and driving the adoption of high-leverage technologies and methodologies across collaborating teams to improve combined productivity. Your ability to translate customer and business understanding into clear, measurable financial outcomes will be essential as you work closely with various stakeholders to ensure alignment on technical initiatives.
