What you'll do

As a Senior DevOps Engineer at Formlabs, you will design, build, and operate the infrastructure that supports our software and services. Your primary responsibility will be to enhance the developer experience by improving CI/CD pipelines and ensuring that our cloud infrastructure is reliable and secure. You will collaborate with engineering teams to identify pain points and implement solutions that streamline workflows and increase efficiency.

You will drive improvements in our deployment processes, ensuring that software releases are smooth and that any issues are quickly addressed. Your role will involve monitoring system performance and implementing observability practices to gain insights into application behavior. You will also be responsible for maintaining security protocols and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

In addition to technical responsibilities, you will mentor junior team members, sharing your knowledge and best practices to foster a culture of learning and growth within the team. You will participate in cross-functional meetings to align on project goals and contribute to the overall strategy of the engineering team.
