Job Description
Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in marketing, particularly in managing events and trade shows. Your background includes developing and executing marketing strategies that drive engagement and brand awareness. You are skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Design, to achieve marketing objectives. You possess strong project management skills, allowing you to handle multiple events simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. You are comfortable analyzing event performance metrics to continuously improve future initiatives. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about creating memorable experiences that resonate with audiences.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the strategy and execution of a portfolio of events, focusing on key trade shows and Formlabs-owned events. You will work closely with various teams to define clear objectives for each event and ensure alignment with overall marketing goals. Your responsibilities will include planning logistics, managing budgets, and coordinating with vendors to create impactful event experiences. You will also be responsible for measuring the success of each event through performance metrics and feedback, using this data to refine future strategies. Additionally, you will represent Formlabs at events, engaging with attendees and promoting the brand effectively.

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000—$115,000 USD, along with equity options in the form of RSUs.
