You have a strong background in frontend development, particularly with React and TypeScript, and you're excited about building user-facing features that impact millions of users. You understand the importance of automated testing and have experience with tools like Cypress, Jest, and React Testing Library to ensure high-quality code. You thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing on-site collaboration with remote flexibility.
You are curious and eager to explore different areas of technology, whether it's backend, DevOps, or mobile development. You enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Design, and Backend engineers, to take features from concept to rollout. You are comfortable using AI tools to enhance your productivity and drive feature delivery.
What you'll do
At Fresha, you will own and evolve our core booking and scheduling engine, ensuring it scales smoothly and delivers seamless experiences for millions of professionals and clients. You will design, build, and ship new user-facing features in React and TypeScript, taking full ownership of the development process from discovery to implementation and testing. You will tap into and extend our Design System to ship polished UI quickly while raising the bar for consistency across the platform.
You will write robust automated tests to maintain a green CI/CD pipeline, ensuring that the features you develop are reliable and performant. You will partner closely with Product, Design, Backend, Infrastructure, and Mobile engineers to ensure that features are well-integrated and meet user needs. Your role will also involve leveraging AI tools to accelerate development cycles and enhance the overall user experience.
