What you'll do
As the Director of Product Design at Frontify, you will be responsible for setting the design strategy and vision for the organization. You will oversee the design execution, guiding a team of approximately 13 designers from the discovery phase through to delivery. Your role will involve collaborating closely with Product and Engineering leadership to ensure that design efforts are aligned with business objectives and user needs. You will build design capabilities within the team, establish quality standards, and develop the skills of your designers to enhance their contributions to the product.
You will lead strategic discussions to ensure that the design team is solving the right problems efficiently, and you will be instrumental in fostering a culture of collaboration and creativity. Your leadership will help shape the future of Frontify's brand platform, empowering teams to create engaging campaigns and organize digital assets effectively. You will also play a key role in mentoring and developing your team, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to succeed in their roles.
