What you'll do
As a Product Manager for Care Mode, you will own the end-to-end delivery of key patient-facing initiatives that enhance the care experience. You will work closely with design and engineering teams to develop features that help patients stay engaged and connected to their care plans. Your role will involve aligning with clinical, data, marketing, and practitioner teams to ensure coherent delivery across all surfaces. You will be responsible for defining success metrics, conducting user research, and iterating on product features based on feedback and data insights. You will lead cross-functional meetings to drive alignment and ensure that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the product development process. Your contributions will directly impact how practitioners deliver care and how patients experience their health journeys.
