You have a proven track record of launching or scaling lending operations in new markets, demonstrating your ability to think strategically while executing tactically. You can build a five-year plan and also handle urgent operational issues with ease.

You will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement strategies that drive growth and enhance operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include navigating UK regulatory requirements and structuring capital partnerships that align with the company's ethical-first approach. You will collaborate with US-based operations to ensure a seamless integration of strategies across markets, ultimately delivering tailored funding solutions to small and medium-sized businesses nationwide.
