You are a culturally sensitive and thoughtful therapist with a passion for improving the quality and affordability of healthcare. You understand the importance of integrated behavioral health care and are committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centric services. You have experience working with diverse patient populations and are comfortable conducting therapy sessions remotely. You are adaptable and can maintain a caseload while managing your time effectively to support patients each week.

What you'll do

In this role, you will provide integrated behavioral health care among a team of primary and specialty care providers. You will conduct therapy sessions lasting 30 to 45 minutes for patients residing in a state of licensure, ensuring that you maintain a caseload that allows you to support your patients effectively. You will leverage data and technology to enhance the therapy experience and contribute to the overall mission of improving population health. Your work will involve collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
