You have a strong background in corporate communications, with experience in developing and executing brand strategies across international markets. You understand the nuances of global communication and can adapt messaging to resonate with diverse audiences. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams ensures that brand messaging is consistent and effective. You are detail-oriented and can manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met without compromising quality. You possess excellent writing and verbal communication skills, allowing you to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively. You are proactive in seeking out opportunities to enhance the corporate brand and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable
Experience in the biotechnology or life sciences sector is a plus, as is familiarity with digital communication tools and platforms. A background in public relations or media relations would also be beneficial, enabling you to effectively manage external communications and media inquiries.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for developing GenScript's corporate brand image and ensuring its consistency across international markets. You will work closely with the Director of Integrated Communications & Content to create and implement communication strategies that align with the company's vision and goals. Your responsibilities will include crafting press releases, managing social media content, and developing internal communication materials. You will also collaborate with various departments to gather insights and information that will inform communication strategies. Monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of communication efforts will be key to your success, allowing you to make data-driven adjustments as needed. You will represent the company at industry events and conferences, enhancing GenScript's visibility and reputation in the biotechnology sector.
What we offer
GenScript offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 - $130,000 based on experience. You will have the opportunity to work remotely within the United States, providing flexibility in your work environment.
