What you'll do

In this role, you will design and implement data solutions that support Geotab's analytics capabilities, focusing on generative AI applications. You will collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to create scalable data pipelines that process billions of data points daily. Your work will directly impact the optimization of fleet management and the enhancement of driver safety through advanced analytics.

You will be responsible for ensuring data quality and integrity, implementing best practices for data governance, and optimizing data storage solutions. Additionally, you will participate in the development of machine learning models that leverage vehicle data to provide actionable insights for customers.

As a senior member of the team, you will mentor junior engineers and contribute to the overall technical direction of the data platform. You will also engage in continuous learning and stay updated on industry trends, ensuring that Geotab remains at the forefront of IoT and connected transportation technologies.
