You have a proven track record in product management, particularly in incident management or related fields. With 5+ years of experience, you understand the intricacies of managing products that enhance safety and efficiency in transportation. Your leadership skills enable you to guide cross-functional teams effectively, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
You possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to leverage data to inform product decisions and drive improvements. Your ability to communicate clearly and persuasively helps you engage stakeholders at all levels, from technical teams to executive leadership. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adaptable to changing priorities.
Desirable
Experience in IoT or connected vehicle technologies is a plus, as is familiarity with data analytics and machine learning applications in product development. A background in fleet management or transportation logistics would also be beneficial.
What you'll do
As the Lead Product Manager for Incident Management at Geotab, you will be responsible for defining the product vision and strategy. You will collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to develop and launch innovative solutions that improve incident response and management for our customers. Your role will involve conducting user research, analyzing market trends, and prioritizing features based on customer feedback and business impact.
