You are comfortable working with data and have a keen eye for detail, ensuring that your insights are both accurate and impactful. What you'll do

As a Senior FP&A Manager-Operations at GetYourGuide, you will be a key member of the FP&A team, responsible for shaping the company's strategy and leading planning efforts. You will partner closely with the Operations team, which encompasses Sales & Supply and Customer Care organizations. Your role will involve facilitating timely and effective decision-making processes, ensuring that the company remains on track to achieve its objectives.

You will develop actionable insights that challenge the status quo and drive improvements in the onboarding process for tours and activities. By analyzing data and trends, you will provide recommendations that support the Operations team in making informed decisions. Your insights will be crucial in identifying opportunities for growth and efficiency within the organization.

In addition to your analytical responsibilities, you will also play a role in financial reporting and forecasting.
