Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in managing paid social campaigns, particularly on Meta platforms like Facebook and Instagram. Your expertise in leveraging advanced platform features and automation solutions has driven measurable growth in previous roles. You thrive in data-driven environments, continuously testing new approaches and analyzing results to optimize campaign performance.

Your strong analytical skills allow you to develop and execute incrementality tests and lift studies, identifying high-impact tactics that enhance marketing effectiveness. You are comfortable collaborating with analytics and growth teams, ensuring that Meta remains a key growth engine in the marketing mix. You are a proactive problem solver who embraces innovation and is always looking for ways to improve campaign strategies.

Desirable

Experience with other social media platforms and digital marketing channels is a plus. Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager will help you in analyzing campaign performance and making data-driven decisions. A background in the travel industry or e-commerce can provide valuable insights into customer behavior and preferences.

What you'll do

As the Senior Paid Social Manager at GetYourGuide, you will own the execution and optimization of Meta paid social campaigns. You will lead the end-to-end setup, management, and optimization of campaigns across multiple objectives, ensuring alignment with the overall marketing strategy. Your role will involve continuously testing and implementing new Meta features and advanced bidding strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness.

You will analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and insights, making recommendations for improvements and adjustments. Collaborating closely with the analytics and growth teams, you will ensure that all campaigns are data-driven and focused on achieving measurable results. Your innovative mindset will drive the rapid adoption of platform innovations, keeping GetYourGuide at the forefront of digital marketing.

In addition to managing campaigns, you will also be responsible for developing and executing incrementality tests and lift studies. This will involve analyzing the impact of various tactics on overall campaign performance and scaling those that drive real results. You will work in a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to changes and challenges while maintaining a focus on achieving growth objectives.
