What you'll do

You will provide strategic and operational leadership across patient financial services, ensuring consistent workflows and strong team performance. Your role will involve collaborating with leaders across the organization to support financial stewardship while ensuring patients receive clear and compassionate guidance throughout their financial experience. You will play a critical leadership role in shaping the patient financial experience and building a strong, engaged team in a growing Tennessee healthcare community.
