What you'll do
In this role, you will report to the Africa Lead Lawyer and be responsible for overseeing all legal functions in Morocco. You will elaborate, review, and analyze various commercial agreements, ensuring they meet legal standards and protect the company's interests. You will work closely with local teams in Morocco and Tunisia, providing legal guidance on day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives. Your role will involve assessing legal risks and advising on compliance matters, helping the company navigate the regulatory landscape in the region. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives while ensuring legal compliance. Your expertise will be crucial in shaping the company's legal strategy and mitigating potential risks.
