What you'll do

As the Office Manager for Glovo in Kazakhstan, you will lead operations for the local market, ensuring that the office environment is conducive to productivity and collaboration. You will be responsible for facility management, overseeing the maintenance and organization of office spaces in both Almaty and Astana. Your role will involve planning and coordinating office events, managing supplies, and ensuring that all operational needs are met efficiently.

You will act as the go-to person for everything related to office culture, working closely with the People Team to implement initiatives that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. You will be involved in onboarding new employees, helping them acclimate to the company culture and ensuring they have the resources they need to succeed.

Your responsibilities will also include managing relationships with vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that all services meet the company's standards. You will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture, encouraging open communication, and supporting initiatives that promote inclusivity and diversity within the office.
