What you'll do
As a Supply Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in Glovo’s local operations team. Your primary mission will be to recruit and train Glovers, ensuring they are well-prepared to deliver exceptional service. You will be responsible for implementing processes that enhance the recruitment experience and optimize strategies for retaining couriers.
You will also provide ongoing support to Glovers, addressing any issues they may encounter and ensuring they have the resources they need to succeed. Maintaining accurate documentation and contracts for Glovers will be part of your daily responsibilities, ensuring compliance and smooth operations.
