Who you are
You are a Digital Media Assistant with a passion for making a difference in the world. You have experience managing and implementing Facebook advertising campaigns and paid search campaigns, including keyword generation, ad copy writing and testing, bid management, landing page optimization, and budget management. You are detail-oriented and capable of handling daily campaign maintenance while generating and managing insertion orders to reserve advertising space. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to contribute to strategic media planning and analysis. You understand the importance of data-driven decision-making and are comfortable using analytics tools to measure campaign performance.
What you'll do
In this role, you will support GMMB's dynamic media team by managing and optimizing paid digital advertising campaigns across various platforms. You will be responsible for daily campaign trafficking and reporting, ensuring that all campaigns are running smoothly and effectively. You will collaborate with team members to develop strategic media plans that align with the organization's mission and goals. Your role will involve analyzing campaign performance data to make informed decisions and adjustments to improve outcomes. You will also contribute to the creative process by assisting in ad copy writing and testing, ensuring that messaging resonates with target audiences. Additionally, you will participate in team meetings to discuss campaign strategies and share insights on industry trends.
What we offer
GMMB offers a hybrid work schedule with at least three days in-office presence, allowing you to collaborate closely with your team while also enjoying flexibility. This is a full-time, salaried position with a salary range of $50,000 - $60,000, providing you with competitive compensation and benefits.
