What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the design efforts for GoDaddy's Airo User Experience team, working on a variety of projects that span multiple product areas. You will define and orchestrate strategic frameworks for both new and existing solutions, ensuring that they align with user needs and business goals. You will guide your team through design reviews and provide constructive feedback to help them grow and improve their skills. Your responsibilities will include running expansive audits of existing designs, creating high-fidelity wireframes, and crafting detailed end-to-end user experiences. You will also be involved in user testing, learning from user interactions, and iterating on designs to enhance usability and engagement.
