Your strong point of view is developed using the 4Cs framework for each client challenge, and you are adept at presenting your insights to both internal teams and clients. You love partnering with creative teams, actively participating in review sessions, and presenting ways to enhance the work.

Desirable

Experience in public relations or a related field is a plus, as is familiarity with data-driven strategies and scientific knowledge in healthcare. You should be comfortable navigating complex client challenges and have a proven track record of developing successful strategies that resonate with diverse audiences.

What you'll do

As the VP of Strategy at Golin Health, you will lead the development of innovative strategies for a diverse portfolio of healthcare and pharma clients. Your role will involve collaborating closely with various teams to ensure that the strategies you create are not only effective but also aligned with the clients' goals. You will be responsible for conducting thorough market research and analysis to inform your strategies, ensuring that they are data-driven and impactful. You will also play a key role in building and refining audience personas, which will guide the creative process and help tailor messaging to resonate with specific groups.

In addition to strategy development, you will present your findings and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders, articulating the rationale behind your strategies and how they will drive results. Your ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively will be essential in this role. You will also mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation within the team.
