Who you are
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 8 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or a marketing role. Your background includes working with advertisers, agencies, or clients, and you have experience across Search, Video, Display, and Programmatic advertising. You bring a strong understanding of digital marketing and a commitment to maximizing customer success, acting like an owner and moving with velocity through change.
You have at least 4 years of experience managing digital marketing or advertising campaigns, and you excel at building trusted relationships with customers. Your experience includes analyzing campaign data to ensure performance is accurately tracked and delivering measurable results aligned with customer objectives. You thrive in complex, matrixed organizations and have a proven track record in a leadership role without direct reports or in a people management capacity.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage relationships with clients, uncovering their business needs and translating them into powerful advertising solutions. You will analyze campaign data to extract key insights, identifying and cultivating qualified upsell opportunities to drive future customer growth. You will collaborate with sellers to shape the future of advertising in the AI era, ensuring that you achieve sales growth targets while handling objections effectively.
You will monitor performance data and deliver measurable results that align with customer objectives, making a real impact on the millions of businesses that rely on Googleβs advertising solutions. Your role will involve driving user acquisition and activation through innovative and strategic approaches, ensuring that you consistently deliver extraordinary outcomes for both Google and your customers.
