You have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience. With 4 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function, you are well-versed in navigating complex financial landscapes. Your experience with SQL allows you to manage and analyze large datasets effectively, ensuring that your insights are data-driven and actionable.

You possess strong communication, leadership, teamwork, and people management skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively across various stakeholders. You are comfortable with ambiguity and can take initiative in unstructured environments, demonstrating your ability to self-direct and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Your analytical mindset helps you focus on the details while also considering the bigger picture.

What you'll do

As a Financial Analyst at Google, you will be responsible for modeling business scenarios and tracking performance metrics that inform strategic company decisions. You will lead individual projects aimed at transforming planning, tracking, and control processes within the Finance team. Your insights will be crucial for senior management as you provide recommendations and support for planning and reporting.

You will maintain close connections with key stakeholders both within and outside of Finance, continuously delivering valuable insights that enhance decision-making processes. Your role will involve contributing to global regulatory efforts by drafting Request for Information (RFI) responses and coordinating data for various legal and regulatory bodies. You will be an agile thinker, focused on improving performance, capability, and availability within the Android platform, which impacts billions of users globally.
